Shortly after we receive your order a lawyer from our office will contact you for a consultation.  We will discuss your trademark application and answer any questions you may have.	Trademark search A trademark lawyer will conduct your trademark clearance search.  Depending on which package you selected we may order a trademark search from a professional trademark search firm too.	File trademark application A trademark lawyer will complete your trademark application and file it with the USPTO.
